Sunday up bright and early to go down to Casa Loma to check out the Lord of the Rings display and it was quite impressive. The displays were well thought out and setup nicely within Casa Loma and the detail of the props was amazing. This movie should be visually stunning when it comes out. I also grabbed a few pictures from there and hope to get those up soon.
The first was Shallow Hal. I was a little disappointed in this movie as I thought it would be funnier than it was. It was made be the same people who did Dumb and Dumber and There's Something About Mary. They didn't get into the sick humour as much and they definitely took the moral high ground and did not make fun of all the characters obvious flaws. (...)
Picked up two new DVD's this weekend too. The Fawlty Towers collection with all 12 episodes and Quadrophenia. Quadrophenia comes with a ton of extra stuff to numerous to mention. (too lazy to type it all). (...)
